Weapons-related attack skill

An attack skill that has different effects according to the weapon being used
Give it some general name...unleash, rampage, onslaught, punish...

Moderate damage + while wielding X, chance of doing Y:
Axe - execution, deals more damage the lower the opponent's health
Dagger - multiple weak stabs at once (useful for clearing mirrors)
Flail - ensnare opponent's weapon, lowering its utility (lower parry % + weapon's skill %)
Hand to Hand - grapple the opponent, lowering the ability of deflecting attacks (lower dodge %)
Mace - deliver powerful blows against the opponent, disrupting spellcasting (lower spells %)
Polearm - do a floor sweep attack with a chance of tripping all enemies (like old whirlwind)
Spear - pierce the opponent's armor with a chance of poisoning him while chanting "You raped her. You murdered her. You killed her children. I came to hear you confess."
Staff - do some tribal intimidation thingy, cursing the opponent
Sword - strikes faster than other weapons (ie. shorter casting lag, good for tagging)
Whip - ensnare the opponent's feet, making it harder to move (double moves cost)

Sort of adds some versatility to the barbarian in the same way rangers get from their arrows.
Plus, it totally fits the 'weaponsmaster' concept.

I really like this, and it'd be an out of the box way of dealing with Barbarians current lack of offensive options.
